Online reports are preliminary

Photo reports, melt values and spot prices on this site are for information only. A report is a preliminary opinion based on photographs and the details you provide. It is not authentication, grading, an appraisal for insurance or tax purposes, a guaranteed price, or investment advice.

Offers

Offers are made only in person, after we inspect and test the item. An online request does not oblige you to sell, and it does not oblige us to buy. Any offer is valid only on the day it is made, because metal prices change.

Spot prices and melt values

Spot prices come from a third-party feed and may be delayed or briefly unavailable. Melt value is the metal content only, using standard mint specifications. It is not what we, or anyone else, will pay.

Selling to us

Sellers must be 18 or older and show a valid government-issued photo ID. As required of Florida secondhand dealers, we record each purchase and may share those records with law enforcement. You confirm that you own the items you sell and have the right to sell them.

Consignment and written appraisals

Consignment to auction through our sister house, Auction Wallstreet, and formal written appraisals are covered by separate written agreements that you will see before signing.

Fair use of the site

Free photo reports are limited per visitor per day. Please do not use automated tools, upload images you do not have the right to share, or try to get around the security check.

Liability

We provide the site "as is." To the extent the law allows, Apollo Coins is not liable for decisions made using online reports or calculator results.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
